Intro to Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP)
Our introductory class will focus on introducing you to the sport of stand up paddleboarding (SUP) in a fun and safe manner.  We will teach you the fundamentals as well as proper safety, giving you a great foundation for your future paddling endeavors.  No previous experience necessary.  You must be comfortable in the water and be able to swim.

PaddleFit SUP Fitness​
SUP Fitness will introduce you to the world of PaddleFit and it's training benefits through our fun and challenging fitness class on the water.  Benefits of training on the water include balance, endurance, strength, focus and FUN!  Class accommodates all skill and fitness levels.  Some previous paddling required or our Intro to SUP class. All fitness levels are encouraged to attend!!

SUP Yoga

Can you think of a better way to spend a summer evening than being out on the lake listening to the wind and water while gaining core strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.  SUP Yoga is the best of both worlds, a challenging yoga workout outside on the lake.  What a way to reduce stress!  Some paddleboard experience required or intro to SUP.

PaddleFit Technique & Race Training​
PaddleFit Technique class will teach you the progression of learning the proper paddling technique.  Proper technique is beneficial for many reasons including increased performance, injury prevention and enhancing your enjoyment of SUP.  Our certified level 3 PaddleFit coach will work with you to make appropriate corrections to get you paddling correctly, no matter where you are on your SUP journey.  We will continue progressing through advanced paddling techniques along with using video analysis.  If you are interested in taking your paddling to a racing level, we will help design a training program right for your desired race.
* Prerequisite: Intro to SUP or some paddling experience.  Max of 5 participants.

Young at Heart SUP Experience

A class for ages 7-16 only - sorry no adults allowed!  We spend 15 minutes working on our paddling technique, 15 minutes fitness class, and finish with 15 minutes of FUN!  Obstacle courses, challenges, mini races or water games.  No experience necessary.  Must be comfortable in the water and able to swim.  We will end the season with some special challenges and beat the adults!
